1) Free parking offered to the hotel guests 2) VIP floor very nice and practical for work
1) The Hotel has a "permanent" problem with internet connexions in the rooms. This is the fourth time I went there and it is the third time I had problems with Internet. 2) Breakfast is not worth 5 stars.

location and price
bad service, it is not a five-star hotel, the service in the breakfast restaurant and spa is bad, wi-fi works only in the lobby and in the morning, no remote control in the room, the room is too noisy because of the street, i was late for the meeting because of waiting for my shirts from pressing so long.

The availability of the spa in the city center.
Even so the room was nicely furnished, service issues impeded on the experience. No hotel leaflet explaining services and providing telephone numbers. Preconfigured buttons on the phone were not functionnel. Safe not useable due to lack of explanation. Mini bar not filled. Room service slow and meal quality below average. Wireless internet connection not functioning.

There is nothing special about this hotel. Nothing attracted me in this hotel except its quietness.
Staff treatment is not professional.

Excellent rooms, location, ambience, and concierge service. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it. I was a bit nervous regarding checking-in and out after reading the previous reviews, but I had no problems. They gave me back my credit card receipt without any fuss.
Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss - one day I didn't have any towels, and the next day I didn't have any coffee or tea replaced. My biggest complaint would be the swimming pool - I went for a swim on a Wednesday, and there were lots of dead insects (cockroaches, flies, mosquitoes) floating in the pool. I asked the spa lady to call someone to clean it, but she said that this was the pool guy's day off and there was no-one else in the entire hotel available to clean it! I had to do it myself using an ashtray. Not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel.

Staff were rude food was terrible I ordered white wine on room service it arrived and was luke warm breakfast was the worst I've experienced in years we went to the 'heated tropical pool' and it was so cold we didn't go in we ordered a taxi on checking out and forty minutes later were still waiting for it. The air conditioning didn't work. The plug in the sink was stuck so we had stagnant water in the sink. There was a bath but no bath plug and the outlet was totally clogged with hair. You needed to be very athletic to get into and out of the shower due to the width of the bath shelf. We couldn't find the remote control for the tv so I ran my hand across the tv looking for it - my hand was black from the dust which also covered all other surfaces. There was a fridge in the room but it was empty and turned off.

the location was very good.
The staff were very lazy especially reception staffs. My check in took about 30 minutes and check out also 30 minutes ?! This is not normal. In Europe even the rush hours, check in and check outs were finished within 10-15 minutes. The hotel management has to solve this matter.

Excellent fitness and wellness center. Room clean and very confortable.
The wifi connection is not available in the room: bad for a hotel of this category. The breakfast buffet is rich but of low quality and the restaurant where the breakfast is served is not very clean and the staff is not at the same level of the rest of the staff of the hotel.

This is, at best, a 3-star hotel disguised in a 5-star shape. Other than the lobby and surrounding facilities, everything else is cheap and disappointing. Although I only stayed for just a day, this hotel has been a huge disappointment for me in every aspect. Reception staff were indifferent and were always chatting and arguing with each other neglecting guests. Cleaning staff ran numbers on guests. Once they know the guest is in the room they start knocking the room's door to deliver stuff that should have been initially in the room; first, the lady that delivers the towels, then, the man with the complementary bottle water, and so on. Of course, they do it for the tip! The concierge is similarly indifferent. They only show up to pick up one's bag at the last 5 meters.
There is nothing good to report.
